Creative Direction Construction & Design, LLC is a minority-owned contracting and construction management firm based in Mount Vernon, New York, with an additional office in White Plains. Founded over twenty years ago by Andre Wallace, CDCD has evolved from a small subcontractor to a recognized construction organization.

Over the years CDCD began making significant strides into more complex and highly specialized construction environments. The company performed work involving wastewater-treatment facilities, water-pump stations, correctional facilities, heliport sites, restoration assignments, and a ski resort. Its broader portfolio has grown to include public and private projects involving parks, fire-service facilities, senior housing, educational and STEAM spaces, demolition, historic restoration, and new construction. Representative assignments identified by CDCD include James Madison Park, the Poppenhusen Institute, the New Rochelle Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Mount Vernon Fire House, the Wartburg senior-housing campus, and the East 68th Street Heliport.

Mr. Wallace is dedicated to transforming CDCD into a sought-after organization, valued for its capabilities, professionalism, and performance rather than just its certifications. He invested his resources into this vision, reflecting the same determination that carried CDCD through its challenging early years.
