We transformed an underused site into a vibrant, eco-friendly park with new paths, playgrounds, sports areas, and shaded seating. Featuring hundreds of new trees, rain gardens, and full ADA accessibility, the park now offers a safe, green space for play, exercise, and community gatherings.

Poppenhusen Institute

We renovated the interior of this historic site which required a unique approach using true to period methods. Additionally, this project required detailed coordination as the site remained open around our work. We salvaged and reused as much of the original material as possible to preserve the cultural heritage of this site for future generations.

New Rochelle Wastewater Treatment Plant

We performed the structural scope for this project including masonry and timber. This project included a great deal of coordination with mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors. The final result was a newly expanded wastewater treatment plant that will serve the community for decades.

Griffith and Valentino Memorial Firehouse

We performed a partial interior and exterior gut renovation of this firehall. The interior received several new and renovated partitions and finishes. The new interior provided a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike. For the exterior the firehall received new siding and masonry to rejuvenate the appearance and functionality of this critical infrastructure.

We were brought in as an emergency contractor to replace the existing contractor to provided the masonry and structural scope for this new pump station. The project required heavy mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination to ensure that their equipment would fit and function properly.

We performed an interior renovation to revitalize this private pre-care daycare. We performed the renovation with day and night shifts to ensure the facility would be down for as short a period as possible so it could resume its critical service for the Stormville area.
